Mental health,
matters.
understood.
transformed.
Lena delivers a diverse range of mental health and wellbeing interventions to organisations across the island of Ireland and beyond.
Who are Inspire?
Inspire is Lena’s parent organisation. A charity that works collaboratively with people living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism and addictions throughout the Island of Ireland to ensure they live with dignity and realise their full potential.
Inspire campaigns to create a society free from stigma and discrimination, and a culture of compassion that focuses on people and their abilities.

Who are Lena?
Lena is Inspire’s social enterprise and provides Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Student Assistance Programmes (SAP), alongside a broader range of therapeutic and wellbeing interventions, to public, private, and VCSE organisations throughout Ireland.
The income Lena generates is reinvested to further develop Inspire’s charitable endeavours.
So, when an organisation chooses Lena as their preferred mental health and wellbeing partner, they are not only meeting, but surpassing, their social value capital.

More on our services
Testimonials
The breadth of service offered. The professional relationships established from the outset. The understanding of need. The ability to facilitate the initiative at pace and their flexibility to work alongside our organisation to ensure the service was ‘fit for purpose’.
My top three positive impressions of [Lena] are professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility.
If I were to describe [Lena] to another business, I would highlight a company whose commitment to the provision of support on a 24/7/365 basis, has greatly enhanced our efforts to realise our strategic goal of Staff Support and Wellbeing.
